Returns
We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number or invoice number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Important Notes:
- Products must be unused and in original condition when applicable
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Industrial-use products are inspected before shipping, but damage during transit may occur
No Returns for Non-Defective Products
Due to the nature of our industrial and bulk plastic products, we do not accept returns for non-defective items, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Over-ordering or unused inventory
We strongly recommend confirming product specifications with our sales team before placing an order.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges in cases where:
- A product was delivered incorrectly, or
- A product is found to be defective and replacement is preferred over refund
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
- If the return or exchange is due to a Wenplastics error or product defect, Wenplastics will cover return shipping.
- If the issue is not related to product quality or order accuracy, shipping costs will not be covered.
