Manufacturing New IBC Totes & Pails with Virgin Resins
At the initial stage, Wenplastics manufactures high-quality new IBC totes and pails. This process utilizes virgin HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), ensuring the production of durable and reliable containers that meet industry standards. Our state-of-the-art facilities employ efficient manufacturing techniques to produce these essential industrial products.
Distribution of Products (Brand New Totes & Pails, Reconditioned & Rebottled Totes, and HDPE & PP Regrinds):
Once manufactured, the brand new IBC totes and pails are efficiently distributed. Additionally, our reconditioned and rebottled totes, along with the high-quality HDPE and PP regrinds, are also distributed. Our robust logistics network ensures timely and safe delivery of all these products, supporting the operational needs of businesses that rely on our high-quality plastic containers and raw materials.
Collection of Used IBC Totes, Industrial Pipes, and Plastic Pallets (HDPE and PP):
A cornerstone of our circular economy model is the proactive collection of used plastic materials. Wenplastics offers a dedicated service to collect used IBC totes, industrial pipes, and plastic pallets, specifically those made from HDPE and PP materials. This initiative prevents these valuable resources from ending up in landfills, bringing them back into the production loop.
Reprocessing & Reconditioning of Used Totes
Upon collection, used IBC totes undergo a rigorous reprocessing and reconditioning phase. This involves thorough cleaning, inspection, and repair to restore them to a functional and safe condition. By extending the lifespan of these totes, we reduce the demand for new manufacturing and conserve resources.
Regrinding of Pipes and Pallets for Global Redistribution
Industrial pipes and plastic pallets collected by Wenplastics, particularly those that cannot be directly reconditioned, are subjected to a regrinding process. These materials are broken down into high-quality plastic regrind. This regrind then serves as a valuable raw material that we redistribute globally for use in creating new products, closing the loop and significantly reducing reliance on virgin plastics worldwide.
